Fresh tea leaves are carefully picked during Spring’s first harvest for their rich aroma, taste, and antioxidants. Tilt your phone to harvest 5 young green leaves.
The leaves are left to wither and lose moisture. Toss the leaves by moving your device in an upward motion to bruise them and start oxidation.
Oxidation shapes the tea’s colour, aroma, and taste. Once the desired oxidation is reached,
heat is applied to stabilise their flavour.
